I’ve been a CPAPer for over a year & because of the itching under the mask I tried two other “apparati”, which looked like odd S&M devices that used either a little “nosecup” or “nasal pads”. After all that I went back to the set up like in your photo. Nothing like wearing a “snorkle” six to eight hours a night. A couple of Percoset, or having been up for 21 straight hours more than compensates for the itching under the mask that ususally wakes me up each night. I do sleep better tho’. I always use the water tank & during the humid summer I set the heater to “0″ . During the winter I might set the heater to “1″. A little mouthwash in the water tank makes for a pleasant smell too.

I tried to teach my cat to use the people toilet and it confused her so much she had many of the same problems your friend’s cat had. i was happy to finally give up and just scoop the litter box.
